Yin & Yang
The Yin and Yang of our lives. This piece was a gift to my dear friend James Chandler who graciously allowed me to do some dumpster diving and rescue these cello’s from the landfill! James has written, produced, played, and toured almost the entirety of his life. He invited me to join him and his band in Europe and I spent 16 days following them around into six countries. This life-changing experience resurrected my love for music and was pivotal in helping me to understand the importance it plays in my mental health. Note: the antlers were found in a field about 20 years ago.
