32-year relationship

Unable to have

Any assemblance

Of connecting

Of lovely connecting

Soul drenching

Flaming passion

Burned up

In Time’s 

Meant to be

Confusion of

Feeling the fiery

Waves of grief

Allowing flooding

Of intimate emotions

Tears of sorrow

Gushing from within

Escaping out

The calm of

Settling down

The gentle wind
