This picture was taken in Little Rock, AR in early 2019. Called it “Metal Beauty” as I fell in love with it. No way to get it home on top of my sons Subaru so I had to leave it where it was. Love to see how old metal rusts!

Taken outside of Pecos, New Mexico in 2017. I went down for a silent retreat and decided to hike up into the mountains. I didn’t know it would start hailing and drop 30 degrees as I ascended up! Ran my wet body back towards my vehicle and encountered the ascending fog awaiting my arrival back…
This shot was taken during a trip to Arizona in early 2019. I was enamored by this cactus that was slowly eroding beside the trail. Even in death it portrayed such beauty. The more I have looked at this, the more it looks like dragon skin to me.
