Kindness


This picture was taken in Ghent, Belgium in early October 2019. It is of the Castle of the Counts which was originally built in 1180 and was restored in 1893. I had a glorious day feeling the energy of this city and the castle walls built in the midst of it!

I took this photo last week on a hike up into the Colorado mountains. I have a hidden trail that I’ve walked upon many times. This day I witnessed a momma Elk and her very young baby. I saw streams bubbling down the mountain. Flowers galore wherever I looked. But, nothing compared to the beauty…
This shot was taken during a trip to Arizona in early 2019. I was enamored by this cactus that was slowly eroding beside the trail. Even in death it portrayed such beauty. The more I have looked at this, the more it looks like dragon skin to me.
