Priceless

Lights

The lights burning red

Darkness fallen

She whispers

$100 pretty boy

Spoken as if

She was selling lemonade

At a Rockies game

Is that all your worth?

Flew out

No

Came the irritated response

I’m worth $100 all day long

Then you’re worth $2400

In a day?

Her fluid mind

Slowly did the math

Yes I am!

How do you put a price

on yourself?

Always have

Was the response

I wouldn’t pay

Any price for you

You are priceless

Psst

Was the only response

As She walked away

The seed

Planted
