Animated, awakening

Rick

NEVER to be

The same

Sitting in

The presence

Of one

So lovely

So alive

Basking in

Sacred intimacy

Finding kindness

Connection on

A cosmic plane

I hadn’t ever

Experienced this

Wondered if

I would ever

Experience it

Changing the flow

Of my life

The seasons

Have changed

Unexpected twists

Coming my way

But I now know

This depth

Eternal and flowing

This connection

Will be

Mine again
