Eat of Me

I love

It so

Why so much?

We are

Moving into

Virgin territory

Somehow untouched

We should

Be hardened

But trust

Vulnerability

Drawing to

The surface

Softened butter

In this place

Rather than

The expected hardness

Your presence

Causing me

To melt further

Feeling myself

Gently running

Through your fingers

Pooling in

Your essence

Taking you in

Like fresh baked

Chocolate chip cookies

Hearing the yum

Purring from

Your throat

Watching the delight

With the

Gooey dessert

Hitting your

Thankful pallet

Oh, my lady

Eat of me

Taste my delight

Allow it

To fill

Your broken parts

Drawing you further

Into the flame
